Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Erdal Bakkal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kamrani Shams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bakkal might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Leyla ile Mecnun'un Bitiren Melodisi. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Erdal Bakkal!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Kamrani Shams!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Richard Clark and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shams has his takedown stuffed

and Bakkal moves into the clinch.
Bakkal stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Shams tries to pull guard but Bakkal forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Bakkal will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Shams up against the cage.
Bakkal lands with a left to the head.
Bakkal gets through Shams's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Bakkal lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Bakkal lands a right hand.


Shams is rocked!
Bakkal leaning against his opponent.
Shams is still on wobbly legs! Can Bakkal finish him?
Shams tries to break free but Bakkal pushes him back against the cage.
Bakkal stalling against the cage.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Bakkal breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Shams seems to have recovered his senses.
Shams looks for a takedown but Bakkal sprawls well.
Erdal Bakkal has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kamrani Shams.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Bakkal blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Shams goes for a takedown in the clinch but Bakkal prevents it.
Bakkal gets through Shams's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Bakkal lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Shams backwards.
Bakkal blocking some punches.
Shams jumps guard but Bakkal turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Bakkal throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Shamss head.
Bakkal stalls.
Shams can't get the takedown.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Shams has Bakkal pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Bakkal manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Bakkal working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Shams can't break the clinch.
Shams is trying to pull guard but Bakkal has him pressed against the cage.
Shams throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Bakkal blocks it with crossed arms.
Bakkal lands with a short punch from the clinch.
A left hand lands to the body for Bakkal.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bakkal taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Bakkal prevents a takedown attempt there.
A body shot lands from Bakkal.
Bakkal slows down the pace here.
Bakkal lands a shot to the body.

Bakkal wants to take the fight to the mat but Shams manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Bakkal scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Bakkal digs a right hand underneath Shams's ribcage. Shams let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Bakkal lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Bakkal stalling the fight.

Bakkal pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Shams clinches up with Bakkal and pushes him back against the cage.
Bakkal lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Shams or not.
Bakkal will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Shams up against the cage.
Bakkal lands a left hand.
Bakkal slowing the pace effectively.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Bakkal breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Bakkal misses with a body kick.
Shams fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bakkal is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Shams.

Shams moves into the clinch.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Bakkal.
Bakkal dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.

Bakkal's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Shams tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bakkal connects with a right hand. Shams shakes it off.
Shams goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Erdal Bakkal dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Bakkal throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kamrani Shams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bakkal forces Shams back against the cage and clinches.
Bakkal tries for a takedown. No joy.
A short right from Bakkal on the inside.
Bakkal unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Shams! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Bakkal is unloading with more strikes now! Shams drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Erdal Bakkal!
Erdal Bakkal decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
