Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kalervi Outolempi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcello Cobretti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cobretti has chosen White Zombie - Black Sunshine as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Outolempi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cobretti moves away.

Cobretti is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Cobretti seems to have recovered his senses.

Outolempi throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Cobretti sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Cobretti gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Outolempi.
The cut above Marcello Cobretti's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Cobretti tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Outolempi manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Kalervi Outolempi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Outolempi lands with a nice body punch.
A looping hook to the body misses from Cobretti. Outolempi does a little dance to reset his feet.
Outolempi sizes up Cobretti with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Cobretti uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Outolempi.

Outolempi changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Cobretti takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Outolempi lands a left and a right that send Cobretti crashing to the mat, dazed. Outolempi thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Cobretti throws an overhand right that lands on Outolempi's shoulder, as Outolempi tries to avoid the shot.
Outolempi throws a series of strikes that have Cobretti backpedaling.
Marcello Cobretti's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Outolempi ducks under a wild hook from Cobretti.
Outolempi cracks Cobretti with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Outolempi has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Cobretti to stand back up!
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Marcello Cobretti's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Kalervi Outolempi!
