The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Howler stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Howler wants it to stay on the feet.
Howler tries to bum rush Balistia with a series of wild strikes but Balistia uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Balistia connects with a nice short shot to Howler's temple.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Howler enables Balistia to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Howler manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Well Balistia has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
