Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Aldway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dexter Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Andrew Aldway! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Dexter Morgan! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Richard Clark and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aldway darts in and clinches Morgan up against the cage. Aldway controlling the action here for a moment.
Aldway drops down looking for an ankle pick but Morgan pulls his leg out and moves away.
Aldway keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Aldway tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Morgan paws at him with a jab and circles away. Morgan gets a clinch. Aldway has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Morgan regains guard immediately. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Aldway passes easily into side control. Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morgan is trying to improve his position. Morgan is letting Aldway control him for a moment. Aldway seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Morgan for as long as he can get away with. Morgan is looking for a sweep. Aldway taking a breather here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Aldway has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. You can see the frustration on Morgan's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Morgan is looking to reverse the position. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Morgan forces Aldway back against the cage and clinches.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Morgan wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Aldway gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Aldway engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Morgan trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Morgan is looking to sweep but instead, Aldway has passed into half guard.
Morgan pushes Aldway off looking to stand but Aldway dives back in and keeps control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Aldway perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Aldway lands a nice short elbow. Aldway keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Morgan keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Morgan taking some punishment here, with Aldway in his half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Aldway is figuring out what he wants to do next. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ground and pound from Aldway. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Morgan looks to land a combination but Aldway avoids it well. Morgan on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Morgan is defended easily by Aldway. Dexter Morgan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Morgan tries for a takedown but Aldway circles away easily and Aldway counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Morgan looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Andrew Aldway has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dexter Morgan. Aldway forces Morgan back against the cage and clinches. Morgan wants to get back to striking at distance but Aldway won't allow it.
Aldway tightens his grip and picks Morgan up, before dumping him to the ground. Morgan manages to land in guard. Aldway scores with a decent looking elbow strike. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Aldway looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Aldway makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Morgan is breathing heavily. Aldway engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
That's two minutes gone in the round. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Morgan seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Andrew Aldway has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Aldway clinches. Aldway gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Morgan is wriggling around but Aldway manages to pass to half guard.
Aldway looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Morgan with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Morgan is trying to control but Aldway manages to pass to mount!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Aldway sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Morgan is wriggling around trying to escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Aldway connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Morgan takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Aldway controlling from the full mount. Aldway lands a heavy elbow. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Aldway controlling from the full mount. Morgan takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Andrew Aldway dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Morgan gets caught flat footed, as Aldway shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Aldway is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Morgan wants to stand but Aldway is controlling the position. Aldway engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Andrew Aldway overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Andrew Aldway wasn't doing enough on the ground. Morgan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Aldway circles away. Morgan shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Aldway as he avoids it easily. Aldway shoots in and gets a takedown into Morgan's guard. Morgan takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Aldway stays in close to Morgan's body and controls the position. Andrew Aldway is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's two minutes gone in the round. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Andrew Aldway just wasn't active enough. Morgan circles away from the clinch attempt.
Morgan has his takedown stuffed letting Aldway counter with a right hand. Andrew Aldway has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dexter Morgan. Aldway shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Aldway was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Aldway's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Aldway working away. Aldway is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Morgan gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Aldway counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Aldway content to stall in guard here. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that's the end of the fight! Andrew Aldway showed his dominance in that final round. Well Aldway has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
