Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bill Batson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vinny Russo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Russo has chosen Volbeat - The Human Instrument as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Bill Batson has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Bill Batson seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Batson misses with a leg kick
and Russo counters with a shoot takedown. Batson fights it but they end up in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Russo missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Russo lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Russo is looking to work some ground and pound but Batson has wrist control.
Batson pulls Russo in close to his closed guard and prevents Russo from doing any damage or advancing position.
Russo has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Batson is on top in guard.
Russo wants to sweep here but Batson controlling him for the moment.

Russo has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Batson should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Russo has tightened it up now! Batson should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
