Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Meat Loaf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pikku N�k�r�inen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Loaf comes into the arena with Eat My Loaf blaring out of the sound system. N�k�r�inen has chosen Juice Leskinen - Vaasankin veri vapisee as his entrance music. Meat Loaf has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loaf checks a leg kick.
N�k�r�inen throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Some bone on bone action there as N�k�r�inen checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Loaf misses with a low kick.
N�k�r�inen blocks the body kick.
N�k�r�inen has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Loaf finds it's way round the side to connect with N�k�r�inen's head.
Loaf closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
N�k�r�inen blocks a body shot from Loaf.
Loaf lands a nice shot to the body.
N�k�r�inen blocks a punch to the side of the head.
N�k�r�inen is working for takedown but Loaf is calmly controlling the position for now.

N�k�r�inen lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
N�k�r�inen tries to break the clinch but Loaf is controlling the position.
N�k�r�inen lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Loaf tries to work over N�k�r�inen's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Loaf lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Loaf drags the fight down to the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
N�k�r�inen throwing strikes from guard but Loaf blocks nicely.
Loaf is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
N�k�r�inen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Loaf is fending him off so far but N�k�r�inen persists. Nope, Loaf circles away and we're back to standing.
Loaf tries to close the distance and clinch but N�k�r�inen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
N�k�r�inen wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
N�k�r�inen tries to clinch up.
N�k�r�inen blocks a leg kick.
Loaf throws a head kick that misses.
N�k�r�inen connects with a nice looking jab.
N�k�r�inen turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Loaf is looking to clinch but N�k�r�inen is avoiding it.
N�k�r�inen throws a nice outside leg kick.
Loaf scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Loaf misses with a looping left.

N�k�r�inen with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
N�k�r�inen looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
N�k�r�inen takes a swing at Loaf's ribcage but misses.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Loaf defends well against a solid takedown attempt from N�k�r�inen.
Meat Loaf has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pikku N�k�r�inen.
Nice shot by N�k�r�inen.
N�k�r�inen on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Loaf on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by N�k�r�inen. N�k�r�inen obviously looking to wear him down.
Loaf tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but N�k�r�inen was well out of range. Poor timing from Loaf.
Loaf fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Loaf bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Loaf shoots in and gets a takedown into N�k�r�inen's guard.
Loaf wants to pass the guard but N�k�r�inen is keeping the position.
Loaf throws a big right hand that misses.
And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Meat Loaf dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
N�k�r�inen throws a leg kick that is checked
and Loaf counters with a leg kick.
Loaf throws a jab when N�k�r�inen was well out of range.
Loaf connects with a leg kick. N�k�r�inen looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Loaf fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with N�k�r�inen, pushing him back against the cage.
Loaf throws a punch but it's blocked by N�k�r�inen.
Loaf has picked N�k�r�inen up - he's going for a ride! Loaf dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Loaf is trying to control the action in half guard but N�k�r�inen is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Loaf looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks N�k�r�inen with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
N�k�r�inen actively working from the bottom here.
Loaf looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
N�k�r�inen tries to roll over but Loaf keeps him under control.
N�k�r�inen gets full guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Loaf stands up over N�k�r�inen, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Loaf connects with a couple of short punches.
N�k�r�inen keeping full guard, as Loaf tries to pass.
Loaf is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but N�k�r�inen has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Loaf is looking to defend but N�k�r�inen has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Loaf! N�k�r�inen pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Loaf taps out and this one is all over!
