3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ernest Herman! The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Paulo Santos and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yang tries to clinch up but Herman circles away and keeps his distance. Yang really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Herman looking to score a takedown here. Yang is defending well but Herman drives through and ends up in Yang's guard. Yang wants to get back to his feet but Herman is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Herman loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Herman slips nicely into half guard. Herman working the head and body with strikes. Herman is taking a breather. Yang says something to him but it's hard to make out.
