The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Greydorian's guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Santos is looking to work some ground and pound but Greydorian has wrist control.
Greydorian has Santos pulled in close to control his posture.
Greydorian manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Greydorian landing strikes from the mount and Santos is in trouble!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Greydorian pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Greydorian looking to finish Santos with some ground and pound. This is bad for Santos!
Santos is rocked!
Greydorian wants to finish this one by submission but Santos is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Greydorian.
Oh Santos is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Greydorian moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Santos has worked his arm free - good work by Santos!
Greydorian lands a big left to the face of Santos, bouncing his head like a basketball. Another shot from Greydorian and another - Santos is out! Greydorian stands up and salutes his fans, who are going crazy in the stands.

In his post fight interview, Azarov Greydorian started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
