The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
A jab-cross combination lands for Bashir and sends Sharks crashing to the mat! Bashir follows him down to the mat - Sharks regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Sharks wants to improve his position but Bashir is controlling well.

and Bashir counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Bashir circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Sharks to the canvas! Sharks doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Bashir keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Farid Bashir!
Farid Bashir opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
