Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Stubb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stubb kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Paper Scratcher. Michael Stubb has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stubb is looking to clinch.
Stubb fails to land the takedown.
Taylor feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Stubbs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Stubb tries to clinch but Taylor is having none of it.
Stubb with a lazy takedown attempt
and Taylor connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Stubb takes a jab right on the kisser.
Stubb shoots in and gets a takedown into Taylor's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Stubb stays in close to Taylor's body and controls the position.
Taylor wants to stand but Stubb is controlling the position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Taylor can do anything to dispel that myth.
Taylor pushes Stubb off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Taylor, as that shot connected.
Taylor scores with a body shot.
Taylor cracks Stubb with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Stubb moves out of range as Taylor strikes.
Stubb is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Stubb is trying hard to land a takedown here. Taylor sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Stubb. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Taylor throws the left hand but Stubb avoids the punch easily.
Stubb shoots in looking for a takedown but Taylor manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Stubb's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Taylor scores with a jab to the jaw.
Taylor thuds a left hand into Stubb's body.
Stubb ducks right into an uppercut from Taylor.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Stubb fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Taylor avoids it really well and circles away.
Taylor scores with a jab.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Taylor scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Taylor scores with a one two! Stubb had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Taylor scores with a sloppy right hand. Stubb should have avoided that one.
Stubb takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Stubb is rocked!
Stubb takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Oh Stubb is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Stubb is breathing heavily.
Stubb bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Taylor comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Stubb falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Stubb was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ryan Taylor!
