Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tobias Sammet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and appolo max (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sammet comes to the cage accompanied by Edguy-Ministry Of Saints. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tobias Sammet!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, appolo max!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Wesley Smith and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
max moves out of range as Sammet throws a body kick.
max looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Sammet takes the fight into the clinch.
max is fighting off a takedown attempt but Sammet is just too persistent for him and manages to trip max to the mat. max regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Sammet controlling from the top position.
max wants to sweep here but Sammet controlling him for the moment.
Sammet passes into half guard.
Sammet works his way into full mount!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sammet controlling the position easily from mount.
max really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sammet. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Sammet is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Sammet looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Sammet looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
max on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Sammet decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

max has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Sammet is working away from the top position though.
Sammet looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Sammet works his way into full mount!
Sammet looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
max keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Sammet lands a big elbow.
max wants to control but Sammet is having none of it.
Sammet fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
max tries to reverse the position but Sammet maintains control.
Sammet looking to control but max is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Sammet sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
max working to try and regain half guard.

Sammet is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. max can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Sammet can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as max is looking to escape.

Sammet really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for max.
max won't enjoy being in this position. Sammet looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - max is tapping - it's over boys! Sammet picks up the submission victory!
