The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meyer just misses with a punch to the body.

and Zsofka counters with a low kick, right behind Meyer 's knee.
Meyer rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Zsofka counters by moving into the clinch.
Meyer throws a knee to the head but misses.
Meyer misses with a knee strike.
Meyer could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Zsofka looking to throw knees to the head but Meyer is blocking nicely.
Meyer using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Zsofka has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Zsofka utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.
Meyer is trying to break the clinch but Zsofka is controlling him.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Meyer is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Zsofka has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Meyer is looking to defend but Zsofka has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Meyer! Zsofka pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Meyer taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Baldomir Zsofka!
After winning the bout, Baldomir Zsofka thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
