Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kareem al Rashid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rabban Harkonnen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). al Rashid comes into the arena with Highlight Reel blaring out of the sound system. Harkonnen has chosen Johnny Cash - God's Gonna Cut You Down as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Harkonnen fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and al Rashid has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Harkonnen sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed al Rashid's guard.
al Rashid is trying to stand up here but Harkonnen is controlling him well.

Harkonnen tries to stand and escape but al Rashid is controlling the position.
Harkonnen is thwarting al Rashid's attempts to control the position.
We're going to have a standup here because Kareem al Rashid wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
al Rashid swings for the body but Harkonnen moves out of range.

A slow jab from Harkonnen misses its intended target.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Harkonnen throws a lazy right hand but al Rashid sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Harkonnen bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

That was a close round but I would say that Kareem al Rashid will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Oh al Rashid is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Harkonnen is stalking al Rashid. al Rashid circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Harkonnen, and it's lights out! al Rashid really payed the price for that rookie mistake.

A relieved looking Rabban Harkonnen thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
