Velasquez comes to the cage accompanied by Edge. Jones comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Little Secrets - Passion Pit kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones leaves Velasquez with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Jones shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Velasquez counters with a right hand to the body.
Velasquez lands with a nice combination. Jones backs away looking to recover.
Jones clinches up against the cage.
