Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Darnell Klutie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sing Ali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Ali's choice of entrance music: Prince Ali - Reprise. Sing Ali will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Darnell Klutie! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sing Ali! The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Fedor Mirinova and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Klutie on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Klutie fakes the leg kick and cracks Ali in the body. Klutie darts in and clinches Ali up against the ropes. Ali blocks an elbow strike. Stalling in the clinch from Klutie.
Klutie lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Klutie creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. A nice glancing elbow lands by Klutie. Klutie tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Klutie really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Klutie throws an elbow that misses.

Klutie seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression. Ali has had enough of the clinch but Klutie keeps him there for the moment. Nice elbow from Klutie.
That's one minute gone in the round. Klutie swings wildly with an uppercut but Ali uses good head movement to avoid it. Klutie tries to land knees in the clinch but Ali avoids the damage to the body. A nice glancing elbow lands by Klutie. Klutie has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Ali is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Ali tries to break the clinch but Klutie is controlling the position. Klutie throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Klutie is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Ali pulls him back up using the underhooks. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Darnell Klutie. That's going to take a lot out of him. Klutie tries to pull guard but Ali won't allow it.

Ali really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Klutie. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ali looking to sit in guard and control but Klutie gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ali is looking to stand up but Klutie isn't so interested in that idea. Ali is trying to hold Klutie in close to prevent damage but Klutie has managed to pass into half guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Ali kicks Klutie off and gets back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Klutie walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Ali fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Klutie looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Ali checks the leg kick nicely there.
Nice uppercut there from Ali. Ali comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Ali lands a nice shot to the body.
Klutie is breathing heavily. Ali ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Nice uppercut there from Ali. Klutie takes one to the chin there. Sing Ali is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Good exchange - Ali coming out on top. Ali connects with the punch. Ali cracks Klutie with a good jab. A jab-cross combination lands for Ali and sends Klutie crashing to the mat! Ali follows him down to the mat - Klutie regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Klutie is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Ali not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Oh Klutie is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Ali slows the pace down in half guard. Klutie might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ali throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Klutie seems to have got his legs back now. Ali thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Klutie's head. Ali sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Klutie defending well though. Well, if Ali is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Klutie wants to control but Ali is keeping busy.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sing Ali dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Klutie throws a solid leg kick but Ali takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Klutie. Ali throws out a powerful jab. Ali drops Klutie with a right and a left! Ali comes rushing in but Klutie regains his composure and manages to keep Ali in guard.
Ali working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Ali postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Ali with a flurry of punches that miss. Ali wants to get up but he can't break Klutie's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Ali trying to control but Klutie is working from the bottom. Ali with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's one minute gone in the round. Klutie wants to improve his position but instead Ali has moved into half guard.
Ali seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Klutie throws a push kick but Ali slaps the foot to one side. Ali connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Klutie walks into a straight right hand from Ali. Sing Ali seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ali lands a right hook to the body.
Klutie throws a head kick but Ali moves out of range.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Klutie takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Klutie misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Nice body punch from Ali. Ali thuds his right hand into Klutie's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Good exchange - Ali coming out on top.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Ali lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Klutie is looking to close the distance but Ali sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Klutie crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Klutie is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
