Saracen looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Sam Shield is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Shield lands a big head kick that sends Saracen tumbling to the mat! Shield takes a step backwards and waves Saracen back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Saracen's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Shield gets through Saracen's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Shield throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Shield pushes Saracen back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Shield escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Shield stuffs the takedown attempt from Saracen. Saracen gets slowly back to his feet.
Saracen on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Shield throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Saracen colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Shield as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Saracen is left battered and dazed whilst Shield and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sam Shield!
