The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Cooper as St shoots in.
The fight stays on the outside here - St looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Cooper throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent St stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Cooper scores with a sloppy right hand. St should have avoided that one.

It looks like Josh St has been cut.
Cooper misses with a series of wild punches.
St fails in his attempt to clinch.
St shoots in but no luck this time.
Cooper with a jab.
St throws a head kick that Cooper semi-blocks.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Cooper drives through and clinches with St against the cage.
Cooper slows down the pace here.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Cooper creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Cooper can't break the clinch.

Cooper wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
St tries to pull guard but Cooper won't allow it.
Duncan Cooper has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Josh St.
Cooper lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
A nice right hand lands inside from Cooper.

St is rocked!
Cooper pushes St against the cage. Cooper is working some dirty boxing. Cooper pushes off with a quick right hook! St goes down! St tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Cooper moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
