The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Ackerman and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saint misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Laroux.
Saint tries to land a leg kick but Laroux saw it coming and moves away.
Saint throws a hook but Laroux blocks it.
Laroux shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Saint lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Laroux lands with an overhand left.
Saint scores with a sloppy right hand. Laroux should have avoided that one.
Kain Saint seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Saint gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Laroux counters with a series of strikes. Saint will be more careful next time no doubt.

Laroux feints and as Saint raises his hands in defense, Laroux changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Saint had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Laroux defends it easily.

Saint is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Saint throws a hook to the side of Laroux's head but Laroux sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
