Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lars Thunderhowl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lars Thunderhowl looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Antonio Silva! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lars Thunderhowl! The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Chad Campbell and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silva shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Thunderhowl as he jumps to the side. Silva fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Lars Thunderhowl seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Thunderhowl is looking to clinch but Silva is avoiding it.
Silva tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Thunderhowl swivels and escapes. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Antonio Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him. Thunderhowl tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Silva avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Thunderhowl tries to close the distance and clinch up but Silva swats him away and circles back towards the center. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Silva ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Thunderhowl moves away. Silva keeps the fight on the outside. Silva wants to clinch and Thunderhowl counters by clinching up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silva breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Thunderhowl darts in trying to clinch and Silva counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Thunderhowl connects with a knee to the head.
It looks like Antonio Silva has been cut. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Thunderhowl just misses with a elbow thrown towards Silva's brow. Silva goes for a takedown attempt but Thunderhowl pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Thunderhowl darts in trying to clinch and Silva counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Thunderhowl! Thunderhowl is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Silva can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Thunderhowl is looking to escape. Thunderhowl really wants to buck Silva off and get back to his feet. Thunderhowl looks gassed! Thunderhowl really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Silva. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Silva working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Thunderhowl turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Silva off and cradles Thunderhowl's limp body as Silva celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Antonio Silva!
