Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergei Bautin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Elroy Kleinschmidt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bautin comes to the cage accompanied by Lobotomy by The Ramones. Kleinschmidt has chosen Pezet - Slang 2 as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
23 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Sergei Bautin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Elroy Kleinschmidt! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kleinschmidt tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bautin sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kleinschmidt somewhat. Bautin checks the leg kick nicely there.
Some bone on bone action there as Bautin checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Bautin connects with a body shot that sends Kleinschmidt's belly button to the back. Bautin stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Kleinschmidt. Bautin pushes Kleinschmidt away with a front kick. Kleinschmidt uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Bautin. Kleinschmidt is looking to slow Bautin down with leg kicks. Bautin with a body punch. A glancing blow. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kleinschmidt throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bautin shoots in but Kleinschmidt avoids the takedown attempt easily. Kleinschmidt looks to land a combination. Bautin sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kleinschmidt tries for a takedown but Bautin circles away easily and Bautin counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Elroy Kleinschmidt has been cut. Bautin misses the shot to the body. Kleinschmidt misses with a low kick. Kleinschmidt gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Bautin misses with an uppercut. Kleinschmidt has a takedown stuffed. Sergei Bautin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Elroy Kleinschmidt. Kleinschmidt throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kleinschmidt is looking to land body kicks. Bautin throws a quick inside leg kick. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kleinschmidt keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Bautin. Bautin throws a lazy uppercut
and Kleinschmidt counters with a shoot takedown. Bautin fights it but they end up in guard. Kleinschmidt throwing strikes but missing. Bautin not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Kleinschmidt content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kleinschmidt accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bautin is trying to control the position but Kleinschmidt postures up. Bautin avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Kleinschmidt throwing strikes from guard but Bautin blocks nicely.

Kleinschmidt throwing strikes but missing. Bautin bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kleinschmidt's guard. Bautin working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Bautin throwing strikes but missing. Kleinschmidt has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Bautin trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Bautin has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Kleinschmidt wants to sweep but no luck. Kleinschmidt is looking to sweep but instead, Bautin has passed into half guard.
Bautin takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kleinschmidt is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Bautin's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Bautin's back! Bautin is trapped and Kleinschmidt is scoring with shots to the head and body. Kleinschmidt struggling to land strikes to the head as Bautin covers up. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kleinschmidt is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Kleinschmidt gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Kleinschmidt gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Kleinschmidt apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Kleinschmidt throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Bautin misses with a lunging right hand
and Kleinschmidt counters with a good low kick that Bautin was not able to check. Kleinschmidt gets the takedown into side control. Kleinschmidt working away. Bautin parries the strikes from Kleinschmidt easily there. Kleinschmidt is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Bautin to escape.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Kleinschmidt in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. An elbow from Kleinschmidt crashes against the mat.
Kleinschmidt in side control, throwing shots but Bautin defends. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Elroy Kleinschmidt dominated that round. The cut man is working on Elroy Kleinschmidt's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Kleinschmidt scores with a spinning back kick! Kleinschmidt buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Kleinschmidt throws a leg kick but Bautin sees it coming and moves out of range. Kleinschmidt tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Bautin is able to avoid easily. Kleinschmidt fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Bautin checks it well. Kleinschmidt moves out of range as Bautin strikes. Sergei Bautin is winning the standup battle so far. Bautin defending well as Kleinschmidt loads up on a big left hand. Bautin throws a right hand that Kleinschmidt ducks under and follows up with a left that Kleinschmidt also avoids with ease. Kleinschmidt pivots, looking for a leg kick but Bautin is out of range and Kleinschmidt settles back down. Bautin lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Kleinschmidt lands with a shot to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bautin moves out of range of the leg kick from Kleinschmidt. Kleinschmidt throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Bautin thows a left - swing and a miss! Bautin misses the jab. Kleinschmidt walks into a stiff left hand from Bautin. Kleinschmidt throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Bautin walks into a left hand. Bautin jabs Kleinschmidt right on the nose. Kleinschmidt blinks but takes it well. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bautin misses with a looping left. Bautin takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Bautin is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Kleinschmidt tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A jab from Bautin misses. Kleinschmidt lands with a kick to the ribs.
Bautin dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Kleinschmidt lands a glancing blow to the side of Bautin's head. Kleinschmidt throws a solid leg kick but Bautin takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Kleinschmidt. Bautin thows a body shot but no joy. Kleinschmidt scores with a leg kick.
Kleinschmidt scores with a takedown into Bautin's guard. Kleinschmidt throwing strikes from guard but Bautin blocks nicely. Bautin will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Kleinschmidt throws an elbow that misses. Bautin uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Kleinschmidt's guard. Nice move by Bautin!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kleinschmidt seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Kleinschmidt has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bautin can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Kleinschmidt is trying to control the position but Bautin postures up. Kleinschmidt looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bautin is one step ahead there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bautin trying to control but Kleinschmidt is working from the bottom. Bautin is really struggling to control Kleinschmidt but he's trying to hold on to the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Sergei Bautin just wasn't active enough. Bautin swings and misses with a hook to the body.
An inside leg kick lands from Kleinschmidt. Kleinschmidt throws out a leg kick but Bautin moves out of range and Kleinschmidt only half commits. Kleinschmidt ducks under a wild hook from Bautin. Kleinschmidt lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Kleinschmidt. Kleinschmidt takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Elroy Kleinschmidt showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Elroy Kleinschmidt's cut. That's time! Back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Nice shot by Bautin. Bautin moves away from the strike by Kleinschmidt. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Kleinschmidt. Bautin shrugs it off though. Bautin takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A slow jab from Kleinschmidt misses its intended target. Bautin takes one on the chin but seems OK.

That's one minute gone in the round. Kleinschmidt takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Kleinschmidt takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Bautin cracks Kleinschmidt with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Kleinschmidt looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Bautin finish him?
Kleinschmidt is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bautin fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Kleinschmidt is still on wobbly legs! Can Bautin finish him? Bautin walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Kleinschmidt drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Bautin swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Kleinschmidt's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sergei Bautin! In his post fight interview, Sergei Bautin gave a big smile as he said 'Bam! Bam! You´re dead.'. The defeated Elroy Kleinschmidt had this to say: 'Maybe it's time to retire?'.
