Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Don Key (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Two (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Key comes into the arena with EYELID - REGENERATE blaring out of the sound system. Two has chosen North Korean Army Girls Just Want To Have Fun as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 7 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Don Key!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mark Two!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Two lands with a nice body kick.
A big left from Two misses.
Two moves out of range of the body kick.
Two checks a leg kick.
Two rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Key moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Two throws a lazy right hand but Key sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Key fails in his attempt to clinch.
Key lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Key moves out of range of the body kick.

Key has closed the distance and engaged Two in a clinch.
Key unloads a knee to the mid-section. Two lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Two misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Two drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Key tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Two's elbow.
Key with a knee to the head.
Key landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Two working aggressively here.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Two manages to break the clinch.
Key connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Two looks to land a right hand but Key moved out of range.
Two throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Key checks a leg kick.
Two misses with a wild body shot.
Two shoots in but Key avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Key moves out of range of the strikes.

Key moves into the clinch.
Key utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.
Two looks winded!
Key lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Two backwards.
Two prevents a body shot from Key.
Two jumps guard but Key stands there with Two around his waist. Two gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Don Key has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Two.
Key lands a knee to the head.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Still in the clinch, Key scores with a nice short uppercut.
Two changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Key fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Two fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Key avoids it really well and circles away.
Two swings widly with a right hand
and Key counters with a leg kick.
Key's jab looks to have found its range, popping Two under the eye.
Nice straight punches there by Key. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Key.
A chopping leg kick lands by Key.
Key cracks the inside of Two's front leg.
Don Key is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Key takes the fight into the clinch.
Key lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Two.
Key connects with a nasty looking knee right to Two's face.
Two is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Key gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Two.
A short left from Key.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Key softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Key looking to throw knees to the head but Two is blocking nicely.
Key tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Two avoids it.
Key unloads a knee to the mid-section. Two lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Key stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Two working hard to break the clinch.

Key drops Two with a big knee straight up the middle! Two is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!


Two is rocked!


It looks like Mark Two has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A chopping leg kick lands by Key.
Two is still on wobbly legs! Can Key finish him?
Two walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Key! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Don Key!
Don Key seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
