Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kush Goon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Malham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goon comes to the cage accompanied by Tourniquet . The crowd seem to be enjoying Malham's choice of entrance music: John's Walkout. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goon displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Malham throws out the jab.
Malham takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Malham clobbers Goon with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Malham throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
It looks like Kush Goon has been cut.
Malham keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Goon throws a good cross that connects.
Goon misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Malham.
Malham uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Goon.
Goon misses with a body shot.
Goon throws a shot from downtown. Malham moves away and avoids it.
Malham swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Malham pulls out of a head kick attempt.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Goon throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Malham stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Goon misses with a wild combination.
Goon looks to throw the jab but Malham is out of range.

Malham slips a jab and a cross from Goon.
Malham lands a lovely overhand right.
Malham throws a sloppy head kick and Goon moves out of range easily.
Malham throws a low kick, looking for Goon's leg but Goon calmly moves out of range.
Goon lands the left hand.
Nice sprawl there from Goon as Malham shoots in.
Malham tries a head kick but it misses.
Goon avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Malham jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Malham loads up on a big right hand but Goon slips the punch.
Goon misses with a series of wild punches.
Malham thumps Goon with a low kick.
Goon takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Goon misses with a looping left.
Malham moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Malham misses with an attempted mid kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Malham counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Goon tries for a takedown but Malham sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Goon tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Malham paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Goon scores with a jab to the body.
Goon swings away with a body shot that misses
and Malham counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Goon's guard now.
Malham engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Goon holds on and takes a little breather.
Goon utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Malham sitting in guard doing not very much at all here. Goon doesn't need a second invitation though! He's locked up a guillotine and he's squeezing tight! That is tiiiiiiiiight! Malham paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Goon - great work!
