Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Levi King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xtreme Mma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Lou Reed - Perfect Day. Mma has chosen I Wont Back Down as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Xtreme Mma was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

With a record of 21 - 22 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Xtreme Mma!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, David Schapiro and Columbo Gatti.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mma closes the distance and clinches.

King is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Mma advances position into side control!
Mma is chipping away with strikes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
King parries the strikes from Mma easily there. Mma is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable King to escape.
Mma is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Mma has knee on belly momentarily but King bucks him off and regains half guard.
Mma wants to take a breather but King is having none of it.
King is positioning himself well to prevent Mma advancing to mount.

King is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Mma defends well.

Mma must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
King is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

King is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

King has his foot on Mma's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mma works his way back into a safe position though.

Mma throws a front kick aimed at King's knee but King avoids it well.
Mma cracks King with a right hand to the side of the head.
King fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Mma.
Mma throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Mma keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Mma misses with a body shot.

King throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Mma tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. King is in Mma's guard.
Mma is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Mma bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in King's guard.

King looking for a guillotine here but Mma defends easily.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mma accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

King sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Mma's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

King is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Mma can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Mma keeps trying to improve his position.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Mma wants to hold on but King pushes him away.
King fails to advance to Mma's back.
Mma is desperately trying to improve his position but King has a good base and remains in mount.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, King cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Mma lands with a light punch inside.
King tries to land knees in the clinch but Mma avoids the damage to the body.

King lands an elbow inside that Mma shrugs off.

Mma is rocked!

It looks like Xtreme Mma has been cut.

King manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

King had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Mma defends it easily.

King stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mma swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Xtreme Mma wasn't active enough on the ground.
Mma throws a right hand that King ducks under and follows up with a left that King also avoids with ease.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Mma throws a jab but it's blocked by King.
Mma ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
King staying out of range there.
King scores with a kick to the midsection.
Mma misses with a looping right.
King uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Mma.

Mma drives through and clinches with King against the cage.
Mma looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
King lands an elbow just above Mma 's eye.
King pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
King keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Mma's efforts to push away.
King tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Mma smiles and moves away.

Mma blocks a low kick nicely.
Mma lands a jab.
Mma looks to land a combination but King avoids it well.
Mma takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Crunch! King slams his shin into Mma's torso.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
King smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
King throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Levi King.
I think King has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
