Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Tapout (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Meenny Vattalles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tapout comes to the cage accompanied by Runaway. Meenny Vattalles will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tapout tries to clinch but Vattalles is having none of it.

Vattalles stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Vattalles wants it to stay on the feet.
Vattalles fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Tapout manages to avoid it.

Vattalles's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Vattalles throws out a loose jab but Tapout uses good head movement to avoid it.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Tapout has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Vattalles can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Tapout is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Vattalles rolls with it to try and escape but Tapout cranks on the arm and Vattalles is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
