Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Chan Sung Jung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gim Ruut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jung kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Zombies. Ruut has chosen Haze - Device (feat. M.Shadows) as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Igor Prikhodko and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruut has Jung up against the cage in a clinch.
Jung breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A big left from Jung misses.
Ruut steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jung.

Jung gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Jung has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ruut can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Ruut makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Jung wants to sweep but no luck.
Jung working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ruut doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ruut manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Jung escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ruut gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Ruut has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Gim Ruut dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Ruut fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Jung, pushing him back against the cage.
Jung lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Ruut is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Jung's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Jung's back!
Gim Ruut has got the better of the ground game so far.
Ruut has the hooks in. Jung is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Ruut is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Jung defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Ruut is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Jung breaks Ruut's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Jung wants to get up but he can't break Ruut's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Ruut looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Jung is defending well. Ruut quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Jung has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Ruut celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
