Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fube Fjurgy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Timo Tuganay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tuganay throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

It looks like Fube Fjurgy has been cut.

Fjurgy moves in looking to clinch but Tuganay pushes him off.

Fjurgy fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Tuganay avoids it really well and circles away.

Tuganay lands with a kick to the temple. Fjurgy shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Fjurgy. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Tuganay shoots in but Fjurgy avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Fjurgy closes the distance and clinches up with Tuganay, looking for a takedown. Fjurgy pushes Tuganay against the cage but Tuganay circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Tuganay should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Tuganay clinches.
Tuganay jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Fjurgy walks away with a smile on his face. Tuganay gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Tuganay wants to stand but Fjurgy is controlling the position.

Tuganay wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Fjurgy manages to pass to side control.

Fjurgy seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Fjurgy is nestled in close to Tuganay, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Tuganay can do anything to dispel that myth.

Fjurgy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Fjurgy is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Tuganay is looking for a sweep. Fjurgy is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Fjurgy looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Tuganay with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Fjurgy closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Tuganay's guard.

Fjurgy lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Tuganay down.

Tuganay is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Fjurgy is controlling him well.
Fjurgy looks up at the clock and then as Tuganay takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Fjurgy smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Fube Fjurgy overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Tuganay has left one of his arms exposed and Fjurgy doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Tuganay screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
