Buckman comes to the cage accompanied by Wanna Be a Balla-Lil Troy. Buster Buckman could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Bones Supra's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Buckman gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Supra looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Supra takes an elbow to the temple.

It looks like Bones Supra has been cut.

Buckman is trying to trip Supra. He has hold of a leg but Supra is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Buckman persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Buckman looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Supra with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Buckman wants to pass the guard but Supra is defending well.

That has opened up Bones Supra's cut even more.
Buckman loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Supra scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Buckman land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Buckman stands and salutes the crowd.

Buster Buckman was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
