The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cage moves in looking to clinch but Cooper pushes him off.

Cooper closes the distance and pushes Cage back into the cage.

Cage is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Cooper gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Cooper stalling the fight.
Cooper on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Cooper scores with a hook to the body.
Cooper pushes Cage back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.

Cage is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cooper blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Cage seems to have recovered his senses.
Cooper lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Cage backwards.
Cooper is pressed up against the cage. Cage has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Cooper down to the mat. Cooper avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Cage slips a jab and a cross from Cooper.
Cooper pounces like a tiger and cracks Cage with a vicious hook! Cage is down but not out! Cooper follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
