Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bertoto drives through with a takedown into Zibanejadass's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Bertoto postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zibanejadass not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Bertoto is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Zibanejadass is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Zibanejadass has escaped and now he's on top!
Bertoto is looking to sweep but instead, Zibanejadass has passed into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bertoto wants to work for an arm triangle but Zibanejadass is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Bertoto is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Zibanejadass doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Bertoto.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Bertoto thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Zibanejadass is defending against the submission attempts here by Bertoto.
Bertoto is working for a submission of some sort.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

and Bertoto takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

and Zibanejadass counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Zibanejadass cracks Bertoto with a right hand to the side of the head.

Zibanejadass connects with a right hand. Bertoto shakes it off.
Zibanejadass throws a nice outside leg kick.
Bertoto shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Zibanejadass pinned against the cage. Zibanejadass gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

and Zibanejadass counters with a nice uppercut.

Bertoto changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Zibanejadass tries to avoid it but Bertoto manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Zibanejadass to the ground. Zibanejadass escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Bertoto fails to land the takedown.
Zibanejadass delivers a nice body kick.
Bertoto blocks a low kick nicely.
Zibanejadass with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Zibanejadass wants to slow Bertoto down by chopping away at his legs.
Zibanejadass misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bertoto shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Zibanejadass counters with a nice leg kick.

A left lands for Zibanejadass.
A punch lands to the side of Bertoto 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Bertoto is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Good leg kick by Zibanejadass there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Oh Bertoto is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Ohhhhhhhhhh, brutal head kick from Zibanejadass! This one is all over!

In his post fight interview, Mika Zibanejadass started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
