Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sean Juan!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Jorge Garcia and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A good leg kick by Juan.
Juan takes the fight into the clinch.
Edwards is pressed up against the cage. Juan has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Edwards down to the mat. Edwards avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Juan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Edwards throws a nice looking combination but Juan bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Juan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Edwards sprawls well. Edwards wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Juan gets slowly back to his feet.

Edwards's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Edwards duly obliges.
Josh Edwards seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Juan throws a low kick but it's checked well by Edwards.

Juan misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Josh Edwards has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sean Juan.
Edwards shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Juan is trying to defend but Edwards finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
