Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Stephan Olmin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chang Wong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chang Wong is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Stephan Olmin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chang Wong! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wong tries to clinch but Olmin moves out of range. Wong shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Olmin's guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Olmin wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Olmin really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Olmin has a closed guard, preventing Wong from standing up. Olmin keeping moving, preventing Wong from controlling successfully. Wong looking to pass the guard. Olmin is pulling down on Wong's head to control his posture.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Wong shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Olmin works his way to full guard. Good work. Olmin looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Olmin manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Wong manages to get himself to full guard.
Wong utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Olmin pushes down on Wong's leg and manages to get into half guard. Wong trying to control but Olmin postures up.
Olmin throwing shots but Wong is blocking nicely. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Olmin stalling. Olmin is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Wong is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Stephan Olmin! A relieved looking Stephan Olmin thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
