Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tim Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drizzt Do Urden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tim Perry! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Drizzt Do Urden! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Perry has closed the distance and engaged Do Urden in a clinch.
Do Urden breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Do Urden swinging wildly here.
Do Urden slaps away a takedown attempt from Perry, before circling back to the center of the mat. Do Urden lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Do Urden connects with a crisp jab. Perry looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Do Urden is fending him off so far but Perry persists. Nope, Do Urden circles away and we're back to standing. Perry tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Do Urden paws at him with a jab and circles away. Perry wants to clinch. Do Urden avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Do Urden drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Perry is looking to regain half guard here but Do Urden keeps moving and retains side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Do Urden tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Perry is trying to escape the position but Do Urden is controlling the position. Do Urden working the ground and pound. Perry can't do much from the bottom here. Perry tries to improve position but can't. Perry manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Do Urden is just content to waste time from the top position. Perry takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Do Urden looking to pass the guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Do Urden trying to control from half guard but Perry is working away. Do Urden blocks the strikes from Perry.
Perry is trying to get back to full guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Perry wants to control but Do Urden is keeping busy and won't allow it. Do Urden working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Perry's thigh. Perry counters though and makes it back to full guard. Do Urden cracks Perry with a solid left hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Perry throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Do Urden postures up.
Perry is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Do Urden is controlling him. Do Urden cracks Perry with a solid left hand. Perry wants to stand but Do Urden is controlling the position. Perry not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Perry really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Perry keeping moving, preventing Do Urden from controlling successfully. Perry is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Do Urden is controlling him. Do Urden avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Do Urden controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Do Urden passes Perry's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Do Urden is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Do Urden wants to control but Perry is keeping him busy. Do Urden keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Do Urden is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Do Urden sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Perry's guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Do Urden working over Perry with some ground and pound. Perry looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Perry is staying active underneath Do Urden, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Perry makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Perry. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Drizzt Do Urden dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Do Urden keeps the fight on the outside. Do Urden tries to bum rush Perry with a series of wild strikes but Perry uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Do Urden stuffs the takedown attempt from Perry. Perry gets slowly back to his feet. Nice body punch from Do Urden. Do Urden scores with a three punch combo!
Perry takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Do Urden's corner calls for a 1-2. Do Urden obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Do Urden closes the distance and lands a one-two. Do Urden lands a nice leg kick that just misses Perry's sensitive parts. This has been an exciting period of action! Do Urden throws a series of strikes that have Perry backpedaling.
Perry tries to clinch but Do Urden is having none of it. Perry is looking to clinch. Do Urden shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Perry is trying to defend but Do Urden finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Perry tries to get to full guard but Do Urden has control of the leg.
That's one minute gone in the round. Perry is trying to stand up here but Do Urden is controlling him well. Do Urden trying to control from half guard but Perry is working away. Ground and pound from Do Urden. Perry is trying to control but can't.

Perry wants to control but Do Urden is having none of it. Perry is desperately trying to improve his position but Do Urden has a good base and remains in mount. Do Urden sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Perry is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Perry swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Do Urden lands a couple of good shots and Perry has given up his back, trying to escape the position! Do Urden scores with punches from the back.
Drizzt Do Urden has got the better of the ground game so far. Perry grimaces as he takes a shot to the body. Perry trying to control but not successfully. Perry breaks Do Urden's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Do Urden is looking for a triangle but Perry pushes his legs off easily.
Do Urden is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Do Urden utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Do Urden kicks Perry off and gets to his feet. A thudding body kick lands there by Do Urden!
Perry walks into a straight right hand from Do Urden. Do Urden scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Perry shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Do Urden sprawls well. Do Urden wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Perry gets slowly back to his feet. No luck with that takedown attempt from Do Urden. Do Urden shoots in and gets a takedown into Perry's guard. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Perry tries to land a sweep but no joy. Perry is looking to stand up but Do Urden isn't so interested in that idea. Do Urden working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Drizzt Do Urden showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Do Urden uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Perry shoots in for a takedown but Do Urden shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. The fight moves into the clinch position. Do Urden manages to break the clinch.
Do Urden shoots in but no luck this time. Perry tries to clinch up. Do Urden checks the leg kick. Do Urden fails to land with a series of punches.
Perry shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Drizzt Do Urden seems to be getting the better of the standup. Do Urden scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Drizzt Do Urden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Perry takes a kick to the side of the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Do Urden moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Do Urden gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Perry trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Perry stands and steps away. Do Urden gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Tim Perry is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Perry walks into a straight right hand from Do Urden. A jab from Do Urden finds it's way through Perry's defenses. Do Urden scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Do Urden darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Thud! ouch! good body kick from Do Urden - that will leave a mark!
Perry shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Do Urden pinned against the cage. Do Urden gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Do Urden misses with a two punch combination.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Do Urden jabs Perry to the body, keeping him at a distance. A momentary lapse in concentration from Do Urden enables Perry to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Do Urden manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Perry wants to control from the top but Do Urden keeps moving. Do Urden manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Perry manages to get himself to full guard.
Perry isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Do Urden stacks Perry on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Do Urden! Perry is not content to let Do Urden control the position. Perry tries to bench press Do Urden off him but Do Urden keeps the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Do Urden cracks Perry with a big elbow. Do Urden is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Perry is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Perry tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Do Urden wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Perry manages to get back to half guard. Perry wants to control but Do Urden is keeping busy and won't allow it. Do Urden is looking to take a break and control but Perry is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. That's four minutes gone in the round. Do Urden is working Perry over with some ground and pound from side control. Perry is trying to get back to his feet. Do Urden lands a few punches from side control. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Do Urden cracks Perry with a big right hand but Perry just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Do Urden is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Perry has escaped the position, nice work there. Tim Perry has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Drizzt Do Urden is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Perry sneaks back into half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Drizzt Do Urden comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Do Urden has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
