Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dom Basile (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rakharo Qotho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Elvis Blanc and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Basile tries to keep at a distance but Qotho has taken the fight into the clinch.
Qotho has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Qotho is trying to maintain a safe position but Basile gets an underhook and turns Qotho into the cage.
Qotho jumps into guard, dragging Basile to the mat.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Qotho jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Basile walks away with a smile on his face. Qotho gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Qotho shoots in and drives through. Basile sprawls well.

and Qotho counters with a low kick, right behind Basile 's knee.

Rakharo Qotho showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Qotho dives in and grabs Basile's left leg, looking for a takedown. Basile pushes down on Qotho's head and hops out.

Nice takedown defense from Basile. No joy for Qotho on that attempt.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Qotho. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

I would just about give that final round to Rakharo Qotho.
