Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Oshida Niogoshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Davy Mitshubishi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Oshida Niogoshi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Davy Mitshubishi! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Niogoshi throws a hook but Mitshubishi blocks it. Niogoshi lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Mitshubishi misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Niogoshi misses with a double jab
so Mitshubishi counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Mitshubishi prevents Niogoshi from getting back to his feet. Mitshubishi throwing strikes but missing. Mitshubishi wanted to stand there but Niogoshi had control of the position. Mitshubishi sitting in guard here, content to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Niogoshi wants to get back to his feet but Mitshubishi passes into half guard.
Niogoshi knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mitshubishi on the ground. Niogoshi is looking to escape. Mitshubishi passes the guard and advances to mount! Mitshubishi content just to control the position here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Mitshubishi scoring with strikes but Niogoshi is staying in there. Niogoshi is trying to stand. Mitshubishi controlling from mount. Niogoshi is trying to escape the mount but Mitshubishi keeps good control and instead manages to take Niogoshi's back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mitshubishi scores with strikes from the back.
It looks like Oshida Niogoshi has been cut. Mitshubishi controls the action. Mitshubishi is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Niogoshi has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Mitshubishi has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Niogoshi taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Mitshubishi doesn't care though - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Davy Mitshubishi!
