Hallavaara comes to the cage accompanied by 50 Cent - What up gangsta. Blyer has chosen Eye Of The Tiger as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hallavaara misses with a wild body shot.
Hallavaara uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Blyer.
Hallavaara throws a jab when Blyer was well out of range.
Hallavaara throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Hallavaara tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Blyer paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Hallavaara is looking to clinch but Blyer is avoiding it.

Hallavaara darts in and clinches Blyer up against the cage.
Blyer wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Hallavaara has him pressed against the cage.

and Hallavaara counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Donk. Hallavaara catches Blyer right on the button with a cross.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters circling - Blyer throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Blyer throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Hallavaara throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Blyer looks to land a left hand but Hallavaara moved out of range nicely.
Blyer stalks Hallavaara and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Hallavaara's face. Hallavaara staggers backwards, shaken.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Hallavaara manages to break the clinch.
Hallavaara takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Blyer blocks a head kick by Hallavaara.

Hallavaara misses with a wild body shot.
Blyer misses with an uppercut. Hallavaara saw that one coming.
Hallavaara misses with a series of wild punches.

Hallavaara is looking to clinch but Blyer is avoiding it.
Blyer swats away the attempt to clinch by Hallavaara.
Hallavaara stuns Blyer with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Blyer throws an overhand right that lands on Hallavaara's shoulder, as Hallavaara tries to avoid the shot.
Hallavaara tests Blyer's chin there with a solid looking shot.
The fighters circle momentarily. Hallavaara darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Blyer comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Hallavaara is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Hallavaara clinches.
Hallavaara wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Blyer has him pressed against the cage.
Blyer is trying to break the clinch but Hallavaara is controlling him.

Hallavaara breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Blyer throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hallavaara stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hallavaara doesn't manage to clinch there - Blyer circles away.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Hallavaara misses with a body punch
and Blyer counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Hallavaara is breathing heavily.
Blyer works over Hallavaara's head and body with a nice combination.
Blyer misses the shot to the body.
Blyer steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Hallavaara. That one must have hurt.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Blyer sends Hallavaara crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Blyer is motioning to the referee to let Hallavaara up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Hallavaara is rocked!

Hallavaara forces Blyer back against the cage and clinches.
Oh Hallavaara is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Blyer breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Blyer scores with a jab to the body.
Blyer throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Blyer throws an uppercut from hell that sends Hallavaara clean off his feet! He's out cold! Blyer stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.

Rocky Blyer spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
