The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hopper throws a right hand that Fernandez ducks under and follows up with a left that Fernandez also avoids with ease.
Hopper cracks Fernandez with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Fernandez fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
A telegraphed right hand from Hopper misses the target.
Hopper lands a glancing blow to the side of Fernandez's head.
Fernandez is rocked!
Klem Hopper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hopper cracks Fernandez on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Fernandez falls backwards against the cage. Hopper follows up with more strikes that drop Fernandez to his knees. Hopper keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Fernandez! This one is all over!
