The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left and a right from Salaxam both land. Nice combination.
Moss throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Salaxam tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Moss is in Salaxam's guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Moss is stalling in the full guard.
Salaxam wants to sweep but no luck.
Moss drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Moss jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Salaxam working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Moss.
Moss seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Moss working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Moss is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Salaxam wants to sweep here but Moss controlling him for the moment.
Moss is pushing down on Salaxam's leg trying to pass to half guard. Salaxam is fighting to maintain full guard but Moss has managed to sneak the leg through.
Moss is taking a breather. Salaxam says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Salaxam on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Salaxam tries to get out of the position.
Moss lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Moss lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Moss is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Moss in particular looking to stall.
Moss is trying for a kimura here. Salaxam looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Moss wins by kimura!
