The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hicks throws a series of punches but Padero avoids them all with ease.
Padero gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Hicks to score an easy takedown into full guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Padero has a closed guard, preventing Hicks from standing up.
Padero is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Hicks defends well.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Padero looking for a triangle here. Hicks is fighting it but it looks tight! Padero pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Hicks is tapping out - this one is all over!
