Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vasconcelos Vitor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Vasconcelos Vitor! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Paul Stone! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Emerson Jorge and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vitor throws a head kick that half lands.
It looks like Paul Stone has been cut. No luck with that takedown attempt from Stone. Nice jab there from Vitor. Stone misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Stone avoids the body shot from Vitor.
Stone drives through with a takedown into Vitor's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Stone forces his way into half guard. Stone throwing shots but Vitor is blocking nicely. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Vitor trying to control from the bottom.
Stone has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Stone is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Vitor looking for submissions off his back. Stone working over Vitor with some ground and pound. Vitor looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Vitor tries to roll over but Stone keeps him under control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stone wants to free his trapped foot but Vitor is holding on for dear life with his legs. Stone moves into full mount! Vitor won't be happy about that! Stone lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Vitor regains half guard. Stone lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Vitor is trying to get back to full guard. Stone trying to pass the guard but Vitor defending well. Vitor is refusing to be controlled, as Stone sits in half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vitor trying to control but Stone postures up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Vitor loads up on a big right hand but Stone slips the punch. Vasconcelos Vitor is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Vitor misses with a jab, cross combination.
Stone throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Stone shoots in looking for a takedown but Vitor manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Stone's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Vasconcelos Vitor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul Stone. Vitor misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Stone.
Good standup being displayed there by Vitor as he connects with a hook. Vitor leaves Stone with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Stone fails in his attempt to clinch. Vitor throws a combination. Stone tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stone closes the distance and clinches. Stone wants the takedown. Vitor is fighting it off but Stone persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Vitor's guard against the cage. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Vitor had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Stone defends it easily. Stone is working Vitor over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Stone controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Vitor tries to land a sweep but no joy. Stone seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Vitor is controlling Stone's posture. Stone wants to control from the top but Vitor keeps moving.
That's four minutes gone in the round. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Vitor feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Stone's calf. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Vitor misses with a few strikes there.
Vasconcelos Vitor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Stone closes this distance looking for a takedown but Vitor circles away. Stone shoots in looking for a takedown. Vitor tries to sprawl out of it but Stone keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Vitor manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Stone tries to score a power double leg takedown but Vitor sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Stone somewhat. A decent looking cross lands there for Vitor. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Stone fails to land the takedown. Stone dodges the punch combination from Vitor.
Vitor throws a series of punches but Stone avoids them all with ease. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Vasconcelos Vitor will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Paul Stone's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Stone fails with the takedown. Vitor sends Stone crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Vitor is motioning to the referee to let Stone up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Stone is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Vitor has cracked Stone with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Vitor lands another huge swinging hook and Stone tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Stone, before Vitor can land any more shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Vasconcelos Vitor! A relieved looking Vasconcelos Vitor thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
