Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ty Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Quinn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quinn is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Black Ice. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ty Anderson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Mark Quinn! The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Atkins and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Quinn looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Quinn wants to work for an arm triangle but Anderson is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Anderson is trying is best to control the position here. Quinn wants to take a breather but Anderson is having none of it. The fighters are battling for position here. Anderson manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Anderson is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Quinn stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Anderson swivels though and keeps the full guard. Anderson wants to sweep but no luck. Quinn throws a big right hand that misses. Quinn stops Anderson from standing up.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Anderson looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Quinn wants to get back to his feet but Anderson is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Quinn throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Quinn wants to sweep but no luck. Quinn is working an open guard so Anderson takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Anderson stuffs the takedown.

Anderson scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Anderson is breathing heavily. Quinn is controlling Anderson's position as best he can from this difficult position. Anderson is figuring out what he wants to do next. Quinn has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Anderson escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Anderson! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Anderson is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Quinn is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Quinn is trying to control Anderson's posture but Anderson avoids it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Quinn is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Anderson off and has taken his back! Quinn has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Anderson has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Quinn throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Anderson prevents Quinn from getting back to his feet. Quinn uses the cage to get back to his feet.

Quinn looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Anderson keeps the fight on the outside. Mark Quinn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Anderson tries to clinch but Quinn moves away and Quinn counters with a shoot takedown. Anderson fights it but they end up in guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Mark Quinn will probably get the nod. That's time! Anderson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
A head kick misses from Quinn. Quinn shoots in for a takedown but Anderson shows good takedown defense. Anderson chopping away at his opponent's legs.

Quinn moves into the clinch. Quinn ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Quinn no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Quinn is working an open guard so Anderson takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Quinn shoots and misses and Anderson counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Anderson clinches but Quinn breaks the clinch and Quinn counters with a single leg into guard. Anderson didn't expect that.

Quinn trying to control but Anderson is working from the bottom. Anderson trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Anderson is striking off his back. Quinn thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard. Quinn seems to be looking for submissions.
Anderson is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Quinn's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Quinn's back! Quinn breaks Anderson's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Quinn looking to pass the guard. Anderson is pulling down on Quinn's head. It's preventing any offense from Quinn, at least for the moment. Quinn stopping the sweep attempt from Anderson. Quinn is pushing down on Anderson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Anderson is fighting to maintain full guard but Quinn has managed to sneak the leg through. Quinn is keen to just control but Anderson is a slippery customer. Mark Quinn has got the better of the ground game so far.

Quinn misses with a takedown and Anderson counters with a right hand to the body. Quinn throws a right hand that Anderson ducks under and follows up with a left that Anderson also avoids with ease. Anderson shoots in for a double leg but Quinn sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Anderson fails in his attempt to clinch. Quinn throws a nice inside leg kick. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Quinn fails with the takedown and Anderson counters with a two punch combo. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Ty Anderson will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. A nice leg kick lands there from Quinn. Quinn with a poor takedown so Anderson counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Quinn working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Anderson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Anderson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Anderson working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Quinn's head. Quinn is looking for a triangle but Anderson pushes his legs off easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Anderson cracks Quinn with a solid left hand. Quinn looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Anderson forces his way into half guard. Anderson slips a nice elbow through Quinn's hands, connecting with Quinn's forehead. Quinn has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Anderson is working away from the top position though. Quinn looking for submissions off his back.
And that's the end of the fight! Ty Anderson showed his dominance in that final round. I think Anderson has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
