Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Thiago Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johniel Ocampo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thiago Khan looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Johniel Ocampo!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Edson Gomes and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Ocampo counters with a single leg into guard. Khan didn't expect that.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Ocampo pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Khan is keeping the position for now.
Khan working for a triangle but Ocampo defends it easily.
Khan really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Ocampo is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Ocampo lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Ocampo landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Ocampo is pressing down on Khan's thigh, looking to free his foot. Khan is holding on for now.

Khan has hold of Ocampo's hands but Ocampo slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Ocampo slips a nice elbow through Khan's hands, connecting with Khan's forehead.

Ocampo is controlling the pace.
Ocampo working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Ocampo is nestled in close to Khan, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Khan taking some punishment here, with Ocampo in his half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Let's hope that Ocampo has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Ocampo is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Khan has managed to free his arm - good work.

Khan is bucking up trying to escape but Ocampo cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Ocampo cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Ocampo lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Oh Khan is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ocampo looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Khan covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
