Van Tone is looking to clinch.

Van Tone shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. The Punisher manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Van Tone has momentary wrist control but The Punisher slips an elbow through the middle.

Van Tone really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The Punisher lands a big shot there that rocks Van Tone but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Van Tone is bucking up trying to escape but The Punisher cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

The Punisher jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Van Tone manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Van Tone gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
The Punisher wants to stand up but Van Tone has a hold of him and won't allow it.

The Punisher looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Van Tone is trying to maintain the position but The Punisher is very close to passing his half guard.
