Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Franklyn Lucas and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fao wants to clinch.
Austin throws a solid leg kick but Fao takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Austin.
Austin shoots in but Fao avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Austin closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Fao turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Fao manages to end up in side control.
Austin is looking for a sweep.
Fao decides to stand up, so the ref orders Austin to his feet.
Fao doesn't manage to clinch there - Austin circles away.
Fao clinches up with Austin and pushes him back against the cage.
Fao gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Fao stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Austin swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Fao cracks Austin with a solid left hand.
Austin looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Austin on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Austin tries to get out of the position.
Austin is breathing heavily.
Fao wants to control from the top but Austin keeps moving.
Austin being controlled here, momentarily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Fao pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Austin is keeping the position for now.
Fao trying to control but Austin is working from the bottom.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Danga de danga de dang - Fao scores with a four punch combination!
Fao is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Fao connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Austin tumbling to the canvas! Fao pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Austin was done - good stoppage!
