Gloc's entrance music is Why Can't We Be Friends? by War. A fine choice. Josh Sanders has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Gastin Gloc's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gloc throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Sanders tries to keep at a distance but Gloc has taken the fight into the clinch.
Gloc throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Sanders blocks it with crossed arms.
Sanders is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Gloc can't fight it off and eventually Sanders manages to take the fight to the floor. Gloc looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Sanders wants to pass the guard but Gloc is keeping the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gloc wants to sweep but no luck.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Sanders throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Gloc.

Gloc moves into range and clinches up with Sanders.

Gloc changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Sanders fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Sanders closes the distance and clinches up with Gloc, looking for a takedown. Sanders pushes Gloc against the cage but Gloc circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Sanders tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Gloc swivels and escapes.
Sanders throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gloc's waist but Gloc gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sanders off to one side.
Gastin Gloc has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Josh Sanders.
Sanders misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Sanders tries to clinch up but Gloc circles away and keeps his distance.
Sanders looks gassed!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Gloc gets underhooks to prevent Sanders's takedown attempt.
Sanders changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Gloc fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Sanders slips a jab and a cross from Gloc.
Gloc clinches but Sanders breaks the clinch
so Sanders counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Gloc seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Gloc throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Gloc will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Gloc wants to sweep but no luck.
Sanders trying to stand up but can't free himself from Gloc's guard.
Gloc is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Sanders wants to get up but he can't break Gloc's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Gloc shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sanders is squirming around, avoiding Gloc's attempts to control the action.

Gloc is landing with some decent strikes but Sanders is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Gloc pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Sanders is in a horrible position here. Gloc smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Gloc has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Sanders's face.
Sanders is trying to escape the mount.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Gloc has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Sanders has left one of his arms exposed and Gloc doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Sanders screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
