Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ground N Pound (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thomasz Nijynski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Glass and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
N Pound shoots in and bounces Nijynski off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
N Pound with a flurry of punches that miss.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Nijynski can do anything to dispel that myth.
Nijynski keeping full guard, as N Pound tries to pass.
Nijynski lands a couple of shots from the bottom.
N Pound is looking to work some ground and pound but Nijynski has wrist control.
N Pound throwing strikes but missing.
N Pound with a nice head shot there.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells N Pound's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Nijynski really doesn't want to stay on the ground with N Pound. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
N Pound prevents Nijynski from getting back to his feet.
N Pound throwing strikes from guard but Nijynski blocks nicely.
Nijynski can't keep his opponent in guard - N Pound advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
N Pound not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Nijynski regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from N Pound.
N Pound lands a couple of elbows.
N Pound with a flurry of punches that miss.
N Pound with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Nijynski tries to land a sweep but no joy.
N Pound in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
N Pound throwing strikes from guard but Nijynski blocks nicely.
N Pound postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Nijynski escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. N Pound gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
N Pound passes into half guard.
N Pound blocks the strikes from Nijynski.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Nijynski makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Nijynski.
N Pound preventing the sweep.
Nijynski looks gassed!
N Pound working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
N Pound throwing strikes from guard but Nijynski blocks nicely.
N Pound lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
N Pound has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

N Pound loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
N Pound in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Nijynski throws some shots to the body, keeping his opponent honest.
N Pound postures up.

N Pound throws a strike but Nijynski rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
N Pound tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Nijynski wanted to stand there but N Pound had control of the position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Nijynski tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but N Pound paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Nijynski darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
N Pound throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
N Pound missing with punches from the bottom.
Nijynski wants to lay and pray for a moment but N Pound keeps working.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
N Pound makes his way to full guard. A much better position for N Pound.
N Pound bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Nijynski's guard.
Nijynski is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Nijynski is trying to control the position from the bottom.
N Pound works over Nijynski with some ground and pound from guard.
Nijynski looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Nijynski has his foot on N Pound's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. N Pound works his way back into a safe position though.
N Pound throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Nijynski has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
N Pound stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nijynski swivels though and keeps the full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ground N Pound dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Nijynski plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
N Pound is rocked!
It looks like Ground N Pound has been cut.
Nijynski is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - N Pound is in big trouble! Nijynski is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking N Pound. Poor guy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Slam). Thomasz Nijynski!
