Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ken Umato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Loblaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Umato comes to the cage accompanied by Insomniac Olympics. Loblaw has chosen Bob Loblaw Song as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ken Umato! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bob Loblaw! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Radbod Blank and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Umato takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Umato keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Loblaw. Umato throws a nice outside leg kick. Umato ducks right into an uppercut from Loblaw. Umato blocks the body kick.
A shot to the body from Loblaw misses and Umato makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Umato scores with a nice strike. Loblaw scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Loblaw in side control, throwing shots but Umato defends. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Loblaw in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Loblaw remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Loblaw throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Umato works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
That's one minute gone in the round. Loblaw thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Umato's head. Umato tries to roll over but Loblaw keeps him under control. Loblaw working the head and body with strikes. Umato keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Umato wants to control but Loblaw is keeping busy and won't allow it. Loblaw not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Loblaw seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Loblaw performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Loblaw not landing any meaningful shots this time. Loblaw stops Umato from getting back to his feet.
Loblaw looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Loblaw content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Loblaw not landing any meaningful shots this time. Loblaw controlling the pace. It looks like Loblaw might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Bob Loblaw has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Umato on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. That kick from Loblaw tenderised Umato's leg. Umato is trying to keep his angry face on.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Loblaw fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Loblaw darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Loblaw gets the takedown into side control. This has been an exciting period of action! Loblaw looks up at the clock and then as Umato takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Loblaw smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Loblaw is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Umato's shoulder. That is not cool. Loblaw grinds an elbow into Umato's temple. Loblaw lands a decent elbow from side control. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Loblaw lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. A lull in the action here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bob Loblaw dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Umato takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Umato is looking to clinch but Loblaw is avoiding it.
Loblaw looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Umato! Sloppy strikes there by Loblaw. Umato wants to control but Loblaw postures up. Loblaw lands a few punches from side control. Loblaw tries to advance to mount but can't. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Loblaw taking a breather here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Loblaw landing a few strikes. Loblaw tries to score with some ground and pound. Umato controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Loblaw misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Umato takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Umato is rocked! Loblaw controls the position from side control. Umato is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The ground and pound from Loblaw seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Loblaw in side control lands a decent elbow. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Loblaw is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Umato's shoulder. That is not cool. Loblaw creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Umato sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Loblaw working the body and head with strikes. Umato is letting Loblaw control him for a moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Umato is looking to reverse the position. Loblaw cracks Umato with an elbow. That is naaassty. Umato looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Loblaw lands a few punches from side control. Loblaw landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Oh Umato is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Loblaw in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Loblaw working the head with strikes. Umato prevents Loblaw from improving position. Loblaw landing a few strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Loblaw creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Loblaw controls the position. Loblaw lands an elbow. Umato managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Loblaw.
Loblaw cracks Umato with an elbow. That is naaassty. Sloppy strikes there by Loblaw. Umato seems to have got his legs back now. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. You can see the frustration on Umato's face as Loblaw controls the position. Loblaw working the body and head with strikes. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Umato is trying to escape the position but Loblaw is controlling the position. Loblaw working the body and head with strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bob Loblaw showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Loblaw throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Loblaw decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Loblaw takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Loblaw keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Loblaw thows a huge punch but Umato dodges it nicely.
Loblaw lands a big elbow - Umato is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Loblaw!

An out of breath Bob Loblaw thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career. Ken Umato spoke after the fight, saying 'I will be better.'.
