Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paulo Cesar Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by I'm LEGEND. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, David Miller! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Paulo Cesar Silva! The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Vladimir Khabensky and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Miller will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Miller ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Silva moves away. Miller throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Silva. Silva gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Miller counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Miller lands a jab. Miller swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Miller lands a body shot.
Miller gets in close and instigates a clinch. Miller manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Miller escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miller rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Silva moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Miller is looking to clinch. Miller keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Silva shoots in and drives through. Miller sprawls well. Silva on the wrong end of a nice hook. Silva tries to move into range but Miller moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
It looks like Paulo Cesar Silva has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Silva takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Silva fails with the takedown and Miller counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. David Miller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paulo Cesar Silva. Miller slows the pace down in half guard. Miller wants to take a breather but Silva is having none of it. Miller content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Silva wants to get back to full guard. Miller prevents Silva from standing back up.
Miller looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Miller wants to control but Silva is keeping him busy. Miller is really struggling to control Silva but he's trying to hold on to the position. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Miller in particular looking to stall.
The ref stands the fighters back up. David Miller wasn't doing enough on the ground. Miller feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Silvas jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! David Miller seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Silva closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Miller lunges at Silva with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Silva's hand. Miller tests Silva's chin there with a solid looking shot. Silva shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Miller counters by clinching up. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Miller stalls. Miller is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Miller for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.

Miller tries to land a knee to the head but Silva blocks with his arms.
Miller makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Miller landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Miller looks to throw an elbow but misses. Silva blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Miller tries to land knees in the clinch but Silva avoids the damage to the body. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
David Miller dominated that round. The cut man is working on Paulo Cesar Silva's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Miller lands a nice looking body kick. Miller moves into the clinch successfully.

Miller scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. The fighters circle momentarily. Miller darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Silva shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Miller manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Silva stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Miller swivels though and keeps the full guard. Miller is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Silva can do to turn this around? Silva passes easily into side control. Nice work. Miller struggling a bit here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miller is trying to get back to half guard. You can see the frustration on Miller's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Silva trying to control the action but Miller is working from the bottom. Miller is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Silva throwing shots but Miller is blocking nicely. Miller looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Miller has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Silva is working away from the top position though. Silva throws a strike but Miller avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Silva trying to control the position from guard on top but Miller is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Silva working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Miller keeping moving, preventing Silva from controlling successfully. Silva throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Miller works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Silva slips nicely into half guard. Silva thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Miller wants to control but Silva passes into side.
Miller manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Silva looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Silva is thwarting Miller's attempts to control the position. Miller is not content to let Silva control the position. Miller tries to roll over but Silva keeps him under control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Miller moves into full guard.
Silva scores with a decent looking elbow strike. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Silva wants to control from the top but Miller keeps moving. Miller trying to keep a closed guard but Silva is proving a slippery customer.
Miller wants to sweep but no luck. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Silva loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Silva cracks Miller with a solid left hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Paulo Cesar Silva will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Paulo Cesar Silva's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Miller moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Miller throws a sloppy head kick and Silva moves out of range easily. Miller throws a nice head kick!
Miller pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Miller bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Silva's head backwards. Miller lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Miller rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Silva moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Silva throws a leg kick but Miller checks it. Miller is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Silva avoids a punch combination nicely.

Silva shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Miller but Miller pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miller connects with a good right hand that stumbles Silva. Silva circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Miller fails in his attempt to clinch. Silva walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Silva tries for a takedown but Miller circles away easily and Miller counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Miller darts in and out, connecting with a jab. David Miller is winning the standup battle so far. Miller clinches up against the cage. Miller struggles to land a body shot inside as Silva controls his hands.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Miller taking a breather. Miller putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Silva in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Silva takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Miller tries a knee to the head but Silva blocks it.

Miller's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Miller breaks the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Silva fails with the takedown. Miller throws a right hand that Silva ducks under and follows up with a left that Silva also avoids with ease. Some wild striking there from Miller.

Silva drops his hands momentarily and Miller takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. This has been an exciting period of action! Silva with a poor takedown and Miller counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Miller moves into the clinch. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Miller lands a shot to the body. Miller missing with knees to the body.
