Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pete Murphy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Murphy's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Tessie. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pete Murphy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Andre Miller! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Saam Ante and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Miller swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Murphy counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Murphy throws a shot from downtown. Miller moves away and avoids it. Miller looks to land a combination but Murphy avoids it well. Miller moves out of range as Murphy throws a body kick.
Miller moves forwards but Murphy connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like Andre Miller has been cut. Murphy closes the distance and clinches. Murphy scores a nice knee to the body.
Murphy has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Miller looks winded! Murphy trying to control the position but instead, Miller has worked for underhooks and has pushed Murphy into the cage. Murphy tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Miller avoids it. Murphy misses with a punch to the body.

Murphy lands an elbow inside. Miller's coach down at MMA Power gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Miller's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Miller blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Murphy lands a left hand.

Miller is trying to push Murphy away but Murphy has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Murphy is trying to stall.

Murphy lands an elbow inside that Miller shrugs off. Miller avoids a wild elbow strike from Murphy. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Murphy. Miller wants to break free but Murphy has control.

Miller is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Miller lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Miller breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Murphy throws a right and a left that Miller avoids nicely. Murphy's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Miller connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Murphy scrambles back to his feet. Murphy is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Miller. Murphy finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Miller's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Murphy falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Andre Miller! Pete Murphy spoke after the fight, saying 'What a pissah of a match... '.
