Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mark Spencer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sasha Hulskan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Spencer comes into the arena with Ride Of The Valkyries - Richard Wagner blaring out of the sound system. Mark Spencer has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mark Spencer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sasha Hulskan! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Tarja Halkonen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Spencer bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Hulskan's head backwards. Good shot there by Spencer. Spencer shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Hulskan manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Spencer is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Spencer pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hulskan is keeping the position for now. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Hulskan has eaten all the pies! Spencer decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Spencer gets a takedown into half guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Spencer looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
That's one minute gone in the round. Spencer thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Hulskan's head. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Spencer throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Spencer lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Spencer trying to mount his opponent but Hulskan defends it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Spencer content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Spencer seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Hulskan for as long as he can get away with. Hulskan on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Hulskan trying to control but Spencer postures up.
Spencer throwing shots but Hulskan is blocking nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Spencer scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Spencer uses his free foot to push down on Hulskan's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Hulskan. Spencer controlling from mount. Spencer lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Spencer breaks from Hulskan's wrist control and lands an elbow. Spencer landing punches. This has been an exciting period of action! Spencer has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Hulskan's face.
Hulskan is rocked! Spencer connects with a bit shot that sees Hulskan covering up! More strikes from Spencer and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Spencer is our winner by TKO!
