Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between James Chaney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for James Chaney has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Chaney! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tim Perry! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Daniel Franklin and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chaney changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Perry tries to avoid it but Chaney manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Perry to the ground. Perry escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Perry lands with a slapping head kick. Perry gets the takedown into side control. Perry is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Chaney is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Chaney tries to bench press Perry off him but Perry keeps the position. Perry postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Perry tries to stand but Chaney controls the position and pulls Perry into his guard. Perry looks winded! There's a bit of a scramble here and now Chaney is on top in guard.
Chaney trying to control the position from guard on top but Perry is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chaney pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Perry is keeping the position for now. Perry keeping moving, preventing Chaney from controlling successfully.
The ref stands the fighters back up because James Chaney just wasn't active enough. Chaney tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chaney throws a wild body kick that Perry sees coming a mile off. Chaney tries for a takedown but Perry sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. A head kick misses from Chaney. Perry has Chaney up against the cage in a clinch.
Perry lands a takedown into guard.
Chaney looking for a guillotine here but Perry defends easily.
This has been an exciting period of action! Chaney seems keen to control Perry's posture.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chaney is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Chaney looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Perry trying to control but Chaney is working from the bottom. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Perry pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Chaney is keeping the position for now.
The ref stands the fighters back up because James Chaney just wasn't active enough. Perry swats away the attempt to clinch by Chaney.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Chaney wants to clinch and Perry counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Perry tightens his grip and picks Chaney up, before dumping him to the ground. Chaney manages to land in guard. Chaney looking for a guillotine here but Perry defends easily.
Chaney has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Perry should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Chaney has tightened it up now! Perry should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
